By accessing and using Velora's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our custom textile hair accessories OEM/ODM services and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Velora.

2. Services Description

OEM Services

We manufacture custom textile hair accessories based on your specifications, designs, and requirements. All products are produced according to agreed specifications and quality standards.

ODM Services

We provide complete product development services including design, prototyping, and manufacturing of textile hair accessories under your brand name.

3. Order Process and Requirements

  • Minimum Order Quantities: MOQ requirements vary by product type and will be specified in each quotation.
  • Design Specifications: Detailed specifications, materials, colors, and sizing must be provided for accurate production.
  • Sample Approval: Production begins only after written approval of pre-production samples.
  • Lead Times: Production timelines are specified in each order confirmation and may vary based on complexity and quantity.

4. Payment Terms

Payment Schedule

  • • 50% deposit upon order confirmation
  • • 50% balance before shipment
  • • Custom payment terms available for established clients

6. Intellectual Property

Client Designs: All designs, specifications, and intellectual property provided by the client remain the exclusive property of the client. We maintain strict confidentiality and will not reproduce or share client designs without written permission.

Our Designs: Original designs created by Velora for ODM services may be subject to licensing agreements as specified in individual contracts.

Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, designs, and business relationships.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Terms

8. Returns and Warranties

Quality Warranty

We warrant that all products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from delivery, provided products are used under normal conditions.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or significant deviations from approved specifications. Custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective products or refund of the purchase price. We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing business relationships with 30 days written notice. Individual orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced without mutual agreement and potential cancellation fees.

Upon termination, all outstanding obligations must be fulfilled, including payment for completed work and return of confidential materials.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
